Sealed proposals for Equipment Rental for Mowing Work will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township on March 4, 2024 until 12:00 P.M. at the Charlestown Township Municipal Office, 11 General Warren Blvd, Suite 1, Malvern, PA 19355. They will be publicly opened and read at 7:00 P.M. on this same date and place, where the Board of Supervisors will conduct the first regular public meeting of March. The bid will be awarded subject to entering into a contract with the successful bidder on terms satisfactory to the Township.

Bidder must submit proposal, which may be obtained from the Township Office along with bid specifications, general conditions and complete bid information. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Township Mowing Equipment Rental Bid” as appropriate. Bids must be delivered to the Township Office before 12:00 P.M. March 4, 2024.
