JANUARY 2, 2024

The Organization Meeting for 2024 was held on January 2, 2024 at the Township Office, 11 General Warren Blvd, Suite 1, Malvern, PA 19355.

Present

Supervisors:
Kevin R. Kuhn, Charles A. Philips, Frank A. Piliero, and Hugh D. Willig. Susan T. Bednar, was absent.
Consultants:
James McErlane, Esq. and Daniel Wright, P.E.
Staff:
Chis Heleniak, Manager, Linda Csete, Treasurer, and Lisa Gardner, Recording Secretary

Nominations

Chairman, Board of Supervisors

Mr. Kuhn nominated and moved to appoint Mr. Piliero for the position of Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. Mr. Philips seconded. Mr. Piliero called for discussion and there being none, called the vote. All were in favor.

Mr. Kuhn nominated and moved to appoint Mr. Philips for Vice Chairman. Mr. Piliero seconded. Mr. Piliero called for discussion and there being none called the vote. All were in favor.

Appointments for 2024

Mr. Piliero referenced the following list of annual appointments:

Mr. Piliero read aloud the above renewal nominations and Mr. Kuhn moved to approve the above positions. Mr. Philips seconded. Mr. Piliero called for discussion and there being none called the vote. All were in favor.

Mr. Piliero read aloud a list of consultant and agency positions. Mr. Philips moved to approve the below appointments. Mr. Kuhn seconded. Mr. Piliero called for discussion and there being none called the vote. All were in favor.

Annual Resolutions

Mr. Piliero listed the renewals.

Mr. Kuhn moved to approve:

Mr. Willig seconded. Mr. Piliero called for discussion, there being none, called the vote. All were in favor.

Scheduling

Meetings will be scheduled for the first Monday of the month unless that day is a holiday, in which case the meeting will be held the following day. Due to the Labor Day holiday, the September meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 3. Meetings will be held at the Township Office, 11 General Warren Blvd, Suite 1, Malvern, PA at 7:00 p.m.

Mr. Piliero moved to approve the 2024 Board of Supervisors Meetings schedule and Mr. Philips seconded the motion. Mr. Piliero called for discussion and, and there being none, called the vote. All were in favor.

Adjournment

Mr. Philips moved to adjourn the Organization Meeting, and Mr. Willig seconded. All were in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
