The fourth regular business meeting for April was held April 24, 2000 at the Valley Forge Christian College, Building #11. Irene W. Ewald, Chairman, Hugh D. Willig, Vice Chairman, Paul J. Hogan, Kevin R. Kuhn, Michael J. Rodgers, Thomas F. Oeste, Esq., Gary Bender Esq., Ed Theurkauf, Linda M. Csete, Secretary, and those on the attached attendee list were present.
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M.
Mrs. Ewald announced that the Board held an executive session on April 19, 2000 at the Township Office with Tom Comitta and Ed Theurkauf to review a variety of planning issues including the Charlestown Park Master Site Plan, the Comprehensive Plan, and ordinance amendments.
Mrs. Ewald announced that two additional meetings have been scheduled in April for Wednesday, April 26, 2000 and Thursday, April 27, 2000 in order to conclude the concurrent Conditional Use and Tentative Plan hearings for the Toll Bros. Inc. application, Charlestown Meadows. The deadline for concluding the Tentative Plan hearing is April 27, 2000.

Mr. Hogan moved to approve the minutes of April 17, 2000 and Mr. Kuhn seconded. Mrs. Ewald called for discussion from the Board. Mr. Kuhn asked for clarification of the scheduling of two hearing dates as written in the minutes. Mrs. Ewald called for questions and comments from the public, and there being none, the vote was called and all were in favor.
The proceeds were recorded by Arlene LaRosa, Court Reporter. The hearing was concluded and the record closed. A decision will be rendered within 45 days. Mr. Kuhn requested that the applicant stake the proposed location of the maple sugaring house for the Board to check in the field. The applicant is to notify the Township office when the stakes are in place.

Mrs. Ewald adjourned the meeting at 10:20 P.M. The next meeting of the Board of Supervisors is scheduled for April 26, 2000 at 7:30 P.M. at the Valley Forge Christian College.
