Charlestown Township Board of Supervisors Business Meeting Minutes of October 27, 2003 - approved 11/3/03

A budget workshop session was held October 27, 2003 at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154. Paul J. Hogan, Chairman, Hugh D. Willig, Vice Chairman, Irene W. Ewald, Kevin R. Kuhn, Michael Rodgers, and Linda M. Csete, Township Administrator. Phillip Staas was present from the public.

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M.

Citizens’ Forum – Non-Agenda Items

No items were brought forward.

Approval – Check # 2130

Mr. Kuhn moved to approve check #2130 to the Chester County Association of Township Officials for the fall convention dinner and Mrs. Ewald seconded. All were in favor.

Budget Work Session

The Board reviewed the first budget draft prepared by the Treasurer. The budget will be redrafted to include changes discussed this evening, and placed on the November 3, 2003 agenda to authorize advertisement for adoption.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 P.M. The next meeting will be held on November 3, 2003, 7:30 P.M. at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154.
