The second business meeting for October was held October 16, 2006 at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154. Kevin R. Kuhn, Chairman, Paul Hogan, Mark Thompson, Esq., and Linda M. Csete, Township Administrator were present.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
Mr. Kuhn announced there was no quorum of the supervisors this evening, and all business would be tabled.
Mr. Kuhn announced that Charlestown Day was very successful, and thanked everyone who was involved in the planning and participation in this event held on October 15, 2006.
No matters were brought forward.

Mr. Thompson opened the hearing to consider an ordinance to address public use of the Horse-Shoe Trail, and the proceedings were recorded by Tom Corcoran, court reporter. Due to the lack of a quorum, the hearing was continued to November 20, 2006, 7:30 P.M. at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154.

The Secretary indicated that a letter had been received from Tim Townes of J. Loew and Associates withdrawing the conditional use application. Therefore, there will be no need for a hearing.
Mr. Thompson opened the hearing for the Allan Myers Curative Amendment Application and the proceedings were recorded by Tom Corcoran, court reporter. Due to the lack of a quorum, the hearing was continued to November 20, 2006, 7:30 P.M. at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154.

The Secretary indicated she spoke to Mrs. Guiliani and was told she and her husband intend to withdraw their conditional use application and will send a letter to that effect. Since no letter has been received yet, Mr. Thompson opened the hearing and continued it to November 20, 2006, 7:30 P.M. at the Great Valley Middle School, Room 154.
