Charlestown Township Board of Supervisors Business Meeting Minutes of October 27, 2014

A budget work session was held October 27, 2014 at the Township Office, 4030 Whitehorse Road, Devault, PA. Michael J. Rodgers, Vice Chairman, Kevin R. Kuhn, Charles A. Philips, Hugh D. Willig and Linda Csete, Township Manager were present along with Parks & Rec Chairman Chris Lawrence. Chairman Frank A. Piliero was absent.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.

Citizens’ Forum for Non-Agenda Items

 – No matters were brought forward.

Budget Work Session

The Board reviewed the budget draft prepared by the Township Manager. The budget will be adjusted to include changes discussed this evening. The revised draft will then be distributed to the Board prior to the November 3, 2014 Supervisors meeting where it will be reviewed and Mrs. Csete authorized to advertise it and post it on the Township website.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M. A brief executive session to discuss real estate matters was held following the meeting. The next meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2014, 7:30 P.M. in Room 154 of the Great Valley Middle School.
