Charlestown Township Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) Annual Organizational Meeting Minutes Wednesday, January 9, 2019

Minutes were recorded for the meeting on January 9^th, 2019 at the Great Valley High School Library, 225 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, PA 19355. Meeting was held from 7:50 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Attendees were Pete Goodman, Carol Armstrong, Richard Findlay, Veda Maany, Daniel Walker, and Greg Nesspor, Kevin Kuhns, and Susan Bednar.

Pete has been appointed chair by the BoS.

This meeting has been called to establish other positions

Members voted unanimously to appoint Carol Armstrong as vice chair.

Members voted unanimously to appoint Veda Maany as secretary.

We are required to write an annual report (about 2 pages long) describing our projects and submit to Linda at the end of each year.

Meeting was adjourned at 8 pm.
