Ms. McLean announced the merging of her law firm, Lentz, Cantor, & Massey Ltd., with Wisler Pearlstine, LLP. Mr. Heleniak confirmed a place on the October agenda for Board approval for Ms. McLean to represent the Charlestown Township Planning Commission.
Mr. von Hoyer moved to approve the August 8, 2023, Planning Commission meeting minutes, and Mr. Walker seconded. Mr. Richter called for discussion and there being none, called the vote. All were in favor.
The Planning Commission is waiting for a signature on the Planning Module Application for the Pellegrini residence. They explained to Ms. Green in the audience, that when the 80-acre property and sewer were built, there were no proactive measures taken for another residence or apartment. The application deals with the change from a single residence to a 2-residence septic system.
The Planning Commission members did not see any need to change the suggested budget for 2024.
The Planning Commission members discussed who would attend the annual Charlestown Day event at Charlestown Park.
