Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township will hold a public hearing on June 3, 2024 at 7:00 P.M at the Township Offices located at 11 General Warren Blvd., Suite 1, Malvern PA, 19355 to consider the application of John Gary Kulp for conditional use approval pursuant to Section 27-1608.2 of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an accessory garage to exceed fifty percent of the ground floor area of the principal dwelling on the property located at 3072 Blackberry Lane, Malvern PA 19355. The property consists of two acres identified at Tax Parcel No. 35-3-92.1 and is located in the FR Farm Residential Zoning District.

Copies of the application are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be afforded to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
