NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at 11 General Warren Boulevard, Suite 1, Charlestown Township, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 02-2024, filed by Bodine Properties, LLC, herein “Applicant”. Applicant, the owner of tax parcel 35-07-0005, known as 2081 Bodine Road, requests a variance from §27-1608 (1) (c) (1) of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance so that Applicant may construct a driveway, “an accessory structure,” closer than twenty feet of the required side yard setback to any abutting property to the subject property. Applicant’s property is situated in a FR farm residential district.
