NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at 11 General Warren Boulevard, Suite 1, Charlestown Township, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 03-2024, filed by Christopher W. Zaro and Meg S. Zaro, herein “Applicants”. Applicants, the owners of tax parcel 35-3-54.2, located at 72 Chesterfield Lane, request a variance from §27-1608.1.B.(2)(c) of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance to expand and renovate the existing garage into a three level building, with a garage, shop, and storage rooms on the ground floor level, master bedroom, with bath, pantry/laundry, kitchen, and living and sitting rooms on the second floor, and storage rooms, full bath, art studio, and home office on the third floor. Applicant’s property is situated in a FR farm residential district.
