PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charlestown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., at 11 General Warren Boulevard, Suite 1, Charlestown Township, Pennsylvania, to hear Application No. 04-2024, filed by Valley Hill Properties, LLC, herein “Applicant”. Applicant is the owner of the subject property, a nonconforming property, which is located at 2109 Valley Hill Road, Malvern, Pennsylvania, and is known as tax parcel number 35-7-38. Applicant intends to raze the improvements situated upon the subject property and construct thereon a single family dwelling with a porch, deck, garage and driveway with a parking area. Applicant intends to request two side yard variances from §27-405.6 and a front yard variance from §27-405.5 of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance. Applicant’s property is situated in a FR farm residential district.
