Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2025 at 7:00 P.M at the Township Offices located at 11 General Warren Blvd., Suite 1, Malvern PA, 19355 to consider the application of Christopher and Jennifer Gibson for conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 27-402.C(9) and 1608.B(2) of the Charlestown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a 646 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit on the Applicants’ property located at 3 Autumn Meadow Lane, Malvern PA 19355. The property consists of 9.18 acres identified as Tax Parcel No. 35-5-1.17h and is located in the FR Farm Residential Zoning District.
Copies of the application is available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours. An opportunity will be afforded to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
